New for the millennium, ArrowCorp introduced the Genesis series of modular Air/Screen Separators. With the entire series designed with the help of 3-D computer modeling, all Genesis modules exemplify simple design features and have advantages not found on other Air/Screen Separators.

Incorporating four different screen modules, customers can personalize their assembled Genesis into dozens of different screen layers and configurations, varying form 64 ft² to 256 ft² of screen area. Future expansion can be accomplished by simply installing an additional screen module to the existing unit. This reduces cost and down time for future expansion.

Simplified inertia drive eliminate pitman arms and complicated drive arrangements. Variable Frequency Drive System allows operator to change the length of the stroke from 1/2” to 1” total length. The Genesis Air/Screen is the only manufactured Air/Screen to offer this feature as a standard.
