ArrowCorp offers cyclones, baghouse filters, and fans capable of handling up to 60,000 CFM, in a multitude of different applications from grain dust to sawdust. Spiral style ductwork from 2” diameter to 60” diameter with heavy-duty welded elbows and fittings are designed for easy assembly in the field. Large industrial duty airlocks, with up to a 24” inlet and outlet, maintain the air seal necessary to discharge all dust and particles collected.
Proper design ensures that constant velocities are maintained throughout the system to keep the dust suspended within the duct, yet not wear out the ductwork prematurely. ArrowCorp will balance the entire system to ensure years of trouble-free service.
